Find the book you want to buy through the simple or advanced search. From the profile of the book, you want to quantify the selected book inside the box "Buy this product." Finalize the selection process by clicking "Add to basket". This process is repeated for each book you want to buy within the same message.

To continue the purchasing, you must be a user of our site.

If you have an existing account, you must log into your account and then continue with the rest of the purchasing process.

If you do not have an existing account, you must create an account, and then continue with the purchasing process. Therefore, you must register on our website..

From the menu generation select "Login".

By selecting the "Register" you have started the registering process for free on our website.

In front of you it will be opened the registration window, where you will fill all the required data. Ensure your data accuracy to avoid complications that may arise in the future.

Once you read and agreed upon the "Terms of Use", you can finish the registration process.

Our website accepts the following forms of payments:

• Credit card or debit card. We accept payments from Visa Card, Master Card etc.
• Bank transfer.
• For our customers within the Republic of Albania, it is offered the option payment at the delivery time of the order.
• You can choose to make the payment in ALL or EURO

We make deliveries in all countries, regions and continents. The distance to destination and the size of order impact directly the total value of the purchase invoice.
For each order, apart from the final price, the approximate schedule of delivery at the destination is provided.

The order can be managed from "My Account". At "My Orders" is listed the whole history of your orders.

Before receiving the message of your order confirmation you can cancel the order or re-select the desired items. Once you receive the confirmation message no changes can be made.

You should fill the form at the icon "Contact us" and select your option.

To resume the right of access to your account, you should have your identification data as the user and your active email account in which you are registered on our website.

For books which are not available on the portal, you should fill a form with the required information.
Within 3 days you will get the confirmation of your order. Follow the instructions for the commissioning.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your complaint using our online form . We try to respond as quickly as possible to the concerns of rights owners about any alleged infringement.

If you prefer to submit a report in writing, please provide us with this information:

• A physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
• Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
